Mar de rabia was formed like a project in 2015 by two members of the classic Venezuela anarchopunk band called Doña Maldad. They wanted to make more aggressive music that can describe The feeling of been living in a totalitaria system. Their first Ep called "La destrucción inminente" was released at the same time of big protests in all the country. In 2018, the band left Venezuela for a while and in the distances recorded "La infección cultural perpetua", this album is a little bit darker, with lyrics that talks about environment destruction, oíl, coal, coltan, military squads, etc. In 2019, the band started a two months tour in Europe, where they played in many festivals such as "Obscene Extreme" in chequia, "tales from the punx" Netherlands, "hygget fest" Sweden, "ultrachaos piknik" poland. After this period the band came back to South america. Then recorded "El país de las canteras" Ep, before their upcoming album that Will be promote in a new tour in the next 2020 summer.
